Join Agnico Eagle as a Reliability Engineer, focusing on maximizing asset performance and reliability in a protected work environment. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this position is critical for implementing reliability programs for both fixed and mobile assets. You will lead the development of readiness deliverables, validate asset registers, and coordinate maintenance strategies with planning teams. A strong background in analytical problem-solving will be vital for addressing reliability issues and optimizing maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement reliability programs for asset optimization
- Validate and maintain OEM manuals and SOPs
- Develop documentation and commissioning plans
