We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in North Bay, Ontario. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, improving production efficiency, and supporting future automation and plant improvement initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will oversee maintenance strategy, team leadership, capital projects, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring a safe and productive operation.
