Reliability Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

The Reliability Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the stability and resilience of the company's most essential IT systems and services. This role provides 24x7x365 operational support by coordinating major IT incidents, engaging the appropriate technical teams, and driving rapid resolution of service disruptions. The Reliability Analyst facilitates comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) for significant incidents, ensuring corrective actions are identified, assigned, and delivered on time. The role maintains and enhances documentation for reliability tools and processes, performs data reviews to identify trends, and delivers actionable insights to stakeholders.
