Release Train Engineer

The Release Train Engineer will facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train activities, ensuring alignment across multiple development teams while managing program‑level execution and delivery timelines. The role involves removing impediments, facilitating cross‑team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement practices to enable predictable, high‑quality software releases at scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops to ensure alignment and delivery of platform engineering solutions
  • Coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple agile teams working on platform software components, ensuring seamless integration and delivery
