**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead a large-scale Agile Release Train (ART) within a complex digital product ecosystem. The RTE will drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, flow, and predictable delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and facilitate PI Planning, ART ceremonies, and cross-team coordination.
+ Remove impediments, manage risks, and maintain delivery flow across teams.
+ Partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure alignment.
+ Track and report metrics such as velocity, predictability, dependencies, and quality.
+ Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
+ Promote governance, transparency, and consistent operating rhythms across the ART.
