Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master

What you will do

In this vital role you will work with product and platform teams across the organization to facilitate and improve processes, coach on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to improve delivery of value, and functions as a Scrum Master. This role interacts with the organizations Product Teams, Portfolio Management and Communities of Practice to continuously improve standards, processes, and automation enablers that accelerate staff and team SAFe maturity and overall business agility. This role requires deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum practices, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
