We are currently seeking a Release Train consultant to join our team in bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
A Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the chief Scrum Master and servant leader for an Agile Release Train (ART). The RTE facilitates end-to-end value delivery processes, removes impediments, coaches teams in Lean-Agile practices, and ensures alignment across product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders. Working within frameworks such as SAFe, the RTE drives continuous improvement and operational excellence for large, complex programs.
