Key Responsibilities
- Release Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain a centralized release calendar, plan release windows, and coordinate all activities across teams.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with development, QA, operations, and project management teams to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and quality standards.
- Execution of Go-Live Activities
- Lead deployment plans, runbooks, and checklists during release windows; manage rollback procedures if needed.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts affecting release scope, schedule, or quality.
- Process Governance
- Implement and enforce release management processes, conduct readiness and milestone reviews, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
