Release Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Release Engineer to lead and streamline release planning and execution across multiple Agile teams within Ford's Security Services portfolio. This role is key to improving coordination, visibility, and delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

.Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and quarterly release planning sessions.

.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.

.Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
