Relay UK Call Handler – Make Every Word Count

Location: 2 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4BX. Pay: £13.97 - £32.55 per hour (shift‑dependent). Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (incl. weekends & bank holidays). Start date: 20/07/2026. Training: 4 weeks full‑time training (100% attendance required).

Communicating With Care

Stay calm, patient, and empathetic, especially during difficult or emotional calls. Provide a reliable lifeline for users who depend on you.

Attention to Detail

Your precision keeps conversations flowing smoothly. Your accuracy ensures clarity and safety, especially in urgent situations.
