KAIZEN is seeking a highly motivated Relationship Sales Manager to grow and retain mid‑size and repeat developer accounts in the UAE.

This role is focused on deepening trusted relationships, increasing unit density, and closing higher‑value, longer‑cycle deals, serving as the core revenue engine of the relationship channel.

The successful candidate will operate with independence, reducing the need for senior leadership involvement while driving predictable revenue growth.
