Our client U Microfinance Bank is looking for a Relationship Officer in Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, Jampur, Kot Addu, Kot Chutta, Kot Mithan, Qasba Gujrat, Rajanpur, Taunsa sharif.

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building a profitable asset portfolio for the branch by selling and marketing bank products to prospective clients after carefully analyzing their potential to repay loans in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, both individuals and businesses, in need of loans.
  • Establish strong rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Act as a salesperson, persuading clients to obtain loans.
  • Assist clients in the loan application process.
  • Analyze and verify applications to determine clients' creditworthiness.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with the bank’s policy.
  • Obtain necessary approvals before disbursement from the BCC.
