Job Description:

Retail Liability Targets & Achievements

a) Responsible to achieve assigned targets CASA and NTB accounts by working under supervision of BM and Regional Manager Liability.

b) Responsible to retain month on month deposit in existing accounts in addition to mobilizing new deposit.

c) Work closely with Branch Manager to achieve the desired targets of deposits and NTB.

Compliance and Service Quality Culture

a) Ensure compliance of SBP prudential Regulation, AML, KYC (Know your customer), due diligence of all deposit clients.

b) Ensure discrepancies identified by the Internal / external / regulatory Audits are addressed timely and rectified.

c) Work in sync with the branch team to ensure overall growth of business

d) Responsible to provide quality & prompt Customer service to all clients and prepare customer feedback for continues improvement
