Position: Relationship Manager‑Retail Banking

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager formulates, designs, plans, executes, and manages sales and marketing strategies (within the contest of bank wide or broader institutional objectives) to maximize business volume and deposits while maintaining teamwork with the service and operations personnel.

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and increasing CASA deposits, loans, and bancassurance sales.
  • Conduct market research and client outreach to identify opportunities and offer customized financial solutions.
