We are seeking an expert Relationship Manager to manage key Non-Resident (NR) clients and provide exceptional relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new relationships from corporate and institutional banking teams and ensuring the profitability and quality of their client portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client and Relationship Management:
- Manage and provide expert relationship management for key NR clients.
- Drive the acquisition of new relationships from the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) team, focusing on owners, promoters, directors, and CFOs.
- Anticipate shifting customer expectations to ensure the bank stays ahead of competitors.
- Ensure regular engagement with mapped relationships and maintain portfolio quality and profitability at the client level.
