Role Overview

Hiring for an experienced Mortgage professional to manage Home Loan & LAP sourcing through open market channels in the Nasik region.

Key Responsibilities



Source Home Loan & LAP business through direct market visits, connectors, and referral channels.


Drive lead generation and conversions to achieve monthly disbursement targets.


Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and local market influencers.


Coordinate with credit and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.


Monitor competitor offerings to ensure competitive sourcing strategy.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Mortgage / HL / LAP sourcing (Open Market preferred).
