Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring quality sourcing and compliance. Eligibility:2–3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. Experience in open market sourcing is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Age: 21–35 years.
