Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a Relationship Manager - Ijarah, MVDM & HFDM | Leasing Ops Expert for our leading client.
Location: Karachi
Salary Range : 200,000 to 250,000
Job Purpose
To ensure the efficient and timely processing of Ijarah, MVDM (Motor Vehicle Diminishing Musharaka), and HFDM (Housing Finance Diminishing Musharaka) cases by providing a one-window operational solution.
This role is responsible for implementing effective risk controls, monitoring lease origination, and supporting the business by reviewing credit applications against policy.
The objective is to maintain high-quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional activities to enhance overall efficiency and controls within Firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing & Credit Assessment Verify customer identity and creditworthiness using CNIC and credit reports in line with CUWS/PPG.
