Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is hiring a Relationship Manager – Ijarah, MVDM & HFDM (Leasing Operations Expert) for one of our leading clients based in Karachi.
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely processing of Ijarah, Motor Vehicle Diminishing Musharaka (MVDM), and Housing Finance Diminishing Musharaka (HFDM) cases. This position provides a one-window operational solution, strengthens risk controls, supports credit decision-making, and coordinates cross-functional activities to maintain high operational standards within Firm.
Key Responsibilities
Processing & Credit Assessment
Verify customer identity and creditworthiness using CNIC and credit reports in line with CUWS/PPG
Perform Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) calculations
Process applications as per approved credit policy and PPG
Obtain and review e-CIB and data check reports
Support credit approval and rejection processe...
