About the Role
The Relationship Manager – Micro Enterprise Loan is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships within the Rural Banking segment, with a focus on micro enterprise lending. This role involves identifying business owners and entrepreneurs in the assigned catchment area, assessing their financial needs, and offering tailored loan solutions. The Relationship Manager drives client acquisition, fosters household-level engagement, and maximizes the lifetime value of each relationship.
