Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions (assets, liabilities, investment, insurance, etc.).
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling bank products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards.
- Maintain MIS/reports on client interactions, sales pipeline, and business performance.
