U Microfinance Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for our operations in Shorkot, Tobatek Singh, Ahmadpur East. You will drive asset growth, manage loan portfolios, and ensure cross-sell of banca products while maintaining compliance and portfolio quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in banking as a loan or relationship officer, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Bachelor's in Business Administration is required, Master's preferred.
