Job Description

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners

Act as the primary point of contact between the real estate developer and stakeholders

Promote and sell developer projects, ensuring deep product knowledge of all offerings

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions

Manage end-to-end client engagement: lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, booking, and post-sales support

Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate client data and reporting using CRM systems

Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management

Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
