2. Review and monitoring of post disbursal credit activities like PDD monitoring, escrow monitoring, line management
3. Implementation of NCGTC claims process
To undertake tasks pertaining to Policy Management for the SME Finance vertical, including NCGTC Claims, and monitoring trends in policy implementation by working closely with all stakeholders like sales, credit, collections, product, operations, compliance etc.
