New client acquisition
- Source new-to-bank (NTB) current account customers for premium or business segments through market visits, industry scoping, and referrals.
- Engage in direct customer interaction and canvassing to expand the current account customer base within a designated catchment area.
- Explain and sell various current account products and services to prospective business customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing business clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, service issues, and account-related needs.
- Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling and upselling other banking products, such as liabilities, investments, insurance, and loans.
- Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling.
