Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive client engagement. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the company's products/services to meet client needs effectively.
