The Agency Relationship Manager is responsible for driving growth and development within the agency by focusing on Agency performance management for both Advisors and Leaders. The role also involves close collaboration with specialists, Advisor/Leader Development SMT to ensure that the FAs and ALs in their respective teams are achieving the minimum Agency performance standards. The Agency Relationship Manager plays a critical role in aligning agency operations with the company’s strategic goals and fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. He/She will also provide inputs and recommendations to the overall Zone strategy. The incumbent is expected to lead, manage and develop the agency zone in line with the corporate objectives and vision.
