Relationship Manager Asset Sales - Islamic - MMBL

Direction, coordinate, and evaluate assets business in a Shariah-compliant manner. Lead the unit effectively to ensure the achievement of asset product sale and profitability objectives in accordance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and Islamic principles. Serve the customers within target market in an exemplary manner, manage staff performance and development. Ensure appropriate customer facilitation in line with regulatory framework on Fair Treatment of Customers and Shariah compliance.

• Business Growth: Identify potential untapped segments, businesses/sectors, alliances for asset business growth. Guide the RO’s in achieving their benchmarks, asset business targets, and cross-selling of other products and services ensuring Shariah-compliant offerings.
