Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive insurance sales through banca channel partnerships (banks) by developing and maintaining strong relationships with branch staff, ensuring effective product placement, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch staff to generate insurance business.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through bancassurance channel.

  • Educate, train, and motivate bank branch employees on insurance products and sales processes.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by handling documentation, policy issuance, and service queries.
