QUALIFICATION

  • At least Graduate of Senior High School
  • Preferably M
  • At least 21 and above
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work on field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for building relationship w/ Loan Consultant, starting with recruitment, assisting with Loan Consultant's accounts and overseeing their training and development. Should be able to assist the Branch Manger in generating new & renewal account releases from recruited Loan Consultant.
