Become a pivotal member of RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited’s finance team as a Senior FP&A Analyst. In this permanent role, you will provide crucial financial insights and support for key decision-making in a hybrid work setting.
Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling will be essential in aligning financial strategies with organizational goals. You will conduct variance analyses and work closely with various departments to enhance operational performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
