Reintegration Support Practitioner – Alternative Education Pathways

Locations: Okehampton, Tavistock, Ivybridge, Totnes

We are seeking Reintegration Support Practitioners to deliver bespoke education and wellbeing packages for learners transitioning back into school or further education.

This role blends mentoring, structured learning support, and wellbeing strategies, helping learners rebuild confidence and engagement after time out of education.

Key Elements

Deliver structured re-engagement programmes

Support behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and routine building

Work alongside qualified teachers and behaviour specialists

Contribute to multi-disciplinary reintegration planning

Requirements

Experience as a Learning Mentor, HLTA, Cover Supervisor, or LSA

Understanding of SEND and alternative provision

Team Teach or equivalent training desirable

Must be able to drive
