Every day, people recovering from injury or illness need support and guidance to take important steps forward. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work - helping them to reconnect with what matters most.

Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact where you’ll:

• Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness through physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations (based on your clinical discipline)
• Provide expert advice around work-place modification and the return-to-work process
• Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans
• Monitor progress, adjust plans to support sustainable outcomes
