We’re on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant  to join our growing team! You’ll be the driving force behind life-changing outcomes, working 1:1 with clients to support their recovery and return to work.

✨ Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Empowering clients through tailored Rehabilitation Case Management
• Conducting Functional & Worksite Assessments
• Conducting ADL Assessments, Job Task Analysis’ and Ergonomic Assessments
• Collaborating with employers and health professionals to create positive outcomes

 Choose Your Base:  Blacktown or Campbelltown

What You Bring:

• AHPRA Registration (OT or Physio) or ESSA Accreditation (EP)
• A valid Australian Driver’s License
