• Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
• Previous experience in regulatory reporting or Credit Risk / Finance functions;
• Experience with regulatory reporting and Basel III/IV frameworks;
• Knowledge of Credit Risk (Standard & IRB) and Counterparty Risk;
• Experience with COREP, FINREP, Pillar 3, Leverage Ratio, FRTB;
• Competences coordinating internal stakeholders;
• Skills in preparing presentations for Senior Management;
• Knowledge of Securitization and Large Exposures;
• Experience with SQL, MS Access, and Business Objects;
