Job Description

Become a key player in compliance as a Regulatory Enforcement Coordinator within the Government Service Centres. This role combines case management, legal documentation, and coordination with justice officials.

Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Health, you will coordinate court file management and advise staff on compliance issues. You’ll maintain important databases related to various Acts and Regulations while preparing essential legal documents and attending court proceedings. The position requires excellent analytical skills and knowledge of legislation relevant to enforcement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate case management of court files for employees
• Advise staff on compliance issues and necessary actions
• Prepare legal documents, including summons and Ministerial orders
• Attend court proceedings and maintain exhibitor logs
