Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Regulatory Case Manager to lead a small team within the Veterinary Sciences department. You’ll manage high-volume regulatory applications, oversee key projects, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Initial 2-year contract with strong potential to become permanent.

What You’ll Do:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team.




  • Manage regulatory applications (variations, new applications, transfers, scientific advice, SPC harmonisation).




  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for projects and systems.




  • Monitor progress, ensure deadlines, and maintain quality.




  • Produce reports and performance metrics.




  • Drive process improvements and uphold compliance standards.




  • Represent the organisation at meetings.
