Pursue an impactful career as a Regular Probationary Faculty at the Learning Centre of Douglas College. Focus on peer tutor training and academic skills development in a collaborative setting.

This half-time position is situated at the New Westminster Campus and involves engaging with students through innovative learning strategies. Faculty will train tutors, partner with course instructors for workshop creation, and develop support systems for academically at-risk students. This role also includes participation in evolving academic support services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement peer tutor training programs
• Support development of instructional resources
• Train and mentor peer tutors
• Facilitate support for academically at-risk students
• Collaborate on ongoing learning initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in education or related area
• Experience in academic support environments
