Regrinding Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate regrinding machines (CNC and/or manual) to recondition cutting tools and components according to specifications
• Set up machines, select appropriate grinding wheels, and adjust parameters such as speed, feed, and tolerance
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and job sheets
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Regrinding of different types of cutting tools( Drill, endmill, stepdrill, special tools, Hob, Shaper).
• Measurement of tools on CNC machine(Zoller/Walter helicheck).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering (preferred) OR Machinist / Grinder / Turner / Tool & Cutter Grinder is also suitable.
