Job Description
Job Purpose
To administer the receipt, indexing, scanning and retrieval of CIPC documents and records and to resolve queries.
Qualifications
- National Diploma in Administration/Office Administration
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in an administration, electronic filing and record management environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide registry support services to the CIPC;
- To receive and resolve customer queries;
- To make input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
- To report on performance and identify and escape performance
