Job Description

Job Purpose

To administer the receipt, indexing, scanning and retrieval of CIPC documents and records and to resolve queries.

Qualifications

  • National Diploma in Administration/Office Administration
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in an administration, electronic filing and record management environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide registry support services to the CIPC;
  • To receive and resolve customer queries;
  • To make input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
  • To report on performance and identify and escape performance
