Our client is looking for an Administrator for the Registration department. This is a full-time, 18-month contract that is hybrid in Toronto. 

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual who communicates effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role as a first point of contact, providing guidance to individuals navigating the application and registration process.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries received via phone, email, or other channels.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and French with applicants and registrants regarding registration and renewal procedures.

  • Review, assess, and track educational applications and supporting documents to determine eligibility for registration, escalating complex cases as needed.
