Our client is looking for an Administrator for the Registration department. This is a full-time, 18-month contract that is hybrid in Toronto.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual who communicates effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role as a first point of contact, providing guidance to individuals navigating the application and registration process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries received via phone, email, or other channels.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and French with applicants and registrants regarding registration and renewal procedures.
Review, assess, and track educational applications and supporting documents to determine eligibility for registration, escalating complex cases as needed.
