Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Registration Coordinator to support licensing and registration processes for financial professionals. This individual will play a key role in managing regulatory filings, maintaining accurate records, and providing high-quality customer service to advisors.
Responsibilities
+ Submit and manage state registrations, FINRA exam requests, name changes, and contact updates for representatives
+ Track and follow up on outstanding registration items and required documentation
+ Navigate regulatory systems such as FINRA, RegEd, and other online platforms
+ Review and analyze application responses to determine next steps, including escalation when necessary
+ Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
