Job Description
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT CARNEGIE TRI-COUNTY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL POSITION SUMMARY First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc.
Admits patients for testing, hospitalization, and procedures.
Builds and maintains a business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS Ability to project a Professional Image.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
