Overview

Manager, IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity — full-time, hybrid (Waterloo, ON) with a mix of in-office and remote work. We are seeking a hands-on IT leader who can build secure, scalable, and resilient technology environments and drive strategic initiatives in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small IT team, aligning infrastructure and cybersecurity efforts with business goals.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure and software environments.
• Own end-to-end IT sourcing and contracting activities as applicable, including intake, strategy, negotiations, and contract execution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement robust security controls, incident response plans, and resilience measures.
• Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness of IT systems.
