Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting non-invasive vascular studies including ultrasound.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Performs non-invasive vascular studies on patients with cerebrovascular, arterial, and venous problems in Vascular Laboratory to include complete examination of carotid and vertebral systems (upper and lower extremity arterial and venous systems and arteriovenous fistulae).
On call Registered Vascular Technologist. Expect to travel to other centers for coverage.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience
+ Minimum one (1) year of vascular experience required.
+ Minimum one (1) year of ultrasound experience required.
Education
+ Graduate from approved ultrasound training program recognized by CAHEA required.
+ High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
