Position Summary
As a member of a multi‑disciplinary team, the Registered Practical Nurse practices in accordance with the relevant legislation/standards, the UHN Professional Practice Model, and the mission and vision of nursing at UHN to provide compassionate, collaborative, and competent care while meeting the legal and ethical requirements of the profession.

Reports to: Manager, Program Services
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Wage Range: $38.42 – $39.02 per hour (start rate non‑negotiable)
Shifts: 0715–1915, 1915–0715 – Rotating Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays
Status: Permanent Part‑Time
Closing Date: May 20, 2026
