Duties

We are recruiting for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – Team Lead . This role is a vital part of our Withdrawal Management & Treatment Services (WMTS) team; combining direct clinical nursing care with on-shift leadership and team support in a bed-based withdrawal management and treatment setting.

• The RPN Team Lead plays a key role in fostering high-quality, safe, and consistent practice. Acting as a clinical and team resource, the Team Lead supports staff in complex situations, promotes best practices, reinforces policies and leadership direction, and helps ensure smooth team functioning.
• This position is ideal for an experienced RPN who is looking to take on some leadership responsibilities while remaining actively engaged in clinical care.
