Registered Practical Nurse - Home Dialysis Assistance Program

- Shift Schedule (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs): Mon - Sun – Various rotating 7.5 hour shifts
- Employment Status: Permanent Part-time
- Department: OT Home Dialysis Assistance Program
- Site Location: Off-Site
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) will work in the community to support home peritoneal dialysis patients. They establish caring, therapeutic relationships with patients receiving Peritoneal Dialysis and their families to attain or maintain optimal functioning by promoting health and treating health conditions through supportive, preventative, therapeutic, palliative and rehabilitative means. They will perform dialysis and associated intervention independently within their homes.
