Reporting to the Director of Care, this permanent part-time RPN position focuses on offering exceptional nursing care while complying with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. You will assess resident health, coordinate care plans, and lead personal care staff in your unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure nursing care meets established standards and physician orders
• Assist in the complete assessment and planning for resident care
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of care staff
• Facilitate the facility’s RAI MDS preparation
• Carry out accurate medication passes for residents
