Deliver essential nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse with AgeCare. Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure high-quality support for residents in a meaningful, home-like environment.
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to residents, working closely with the Registered Nurse to implement policies and procedures. Foster strong relationships with health professionals and liaise with physicians regarding resident status changes. You will also guide Personal Support Workers and engage in shift reports, ensuring seamless communication among the care team.
